Prior to forming Hudson Peters Commercial, Michelle was a consistent top producer during her fifteen years at Burr & Temkin Commercial and Henry S. Miller Commercial. She is regarded as one of the top brokers region wide and over her career has closed $1 billion in leases, property, and investment sales.
Janice has worked in the Dallas/Fort Worth market since 1983. She is well respected in the brokerage community and is a strong negotiator for her clients. Janice’s expertise is vast in office, flex and land. Her experience includes tenant representation, sales, and project leasing. Janice is a trusted advisor for her clients in handling their real estate holdings and facility requirements. Prior to forming Hudson Peters Commercial, Janice was a consistent top producer during her 23 years at Henry S. Miller Commercial and Burr & Temkin Commercial.
As Division President for HPC Property Services, Christine is at ease collaborating with clients to provide solutions that deliver the long-term strategic views clients expect. Solutions include repositioning investments, working with distressed assets and negotiating lease transactions for institutional, private and corporate ownership. Christine recently directed a 7M square foot portfolio valued in excess of $1.0B with 27 offices, industrial and retail properties located in Texas and surrounding southern region.
Her prior experience includes serving as Manager of Real Estate Services for Mary Kay Corporation, a privately held global corporation with a diverse portfolio of assets including manufacturing plants, office, industrial and retail properties located in 34 countries. Christine developed and implemented a set of international real estate standards that was used throughout the organization. Responsibilities included providing strategic direction in space programming, site selection and development, with a broader focus on lease negotiations for North America, EMEA and LATAM Region totaling approximately 4.7M square feet globally.
Prior to joining Hudson Peters Commercial, Rachel spent five years in interior design, space planning and graphic design. At Hudson Peters Commercial she puts her creativity, visual and problem-solving skills, and building code knowledge into play to assist clients with finding the best possible property, and ensures the entire process is seamless.
Rachel transitioned from Transaction Manager to Associate Broker, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process. She focuses on office, medical and industrial properties in the DFW Market in Leasing and Sales; representing Tenants, Landlords, Buyers and Sellers.
With a background education in bioengineering, immunohistochemistry, and cancer research from the University of California, San Diego, Tom brings a logical and methodical approach to Hudson Peters Commercial on deals in the investment, office, and industrial markets. Tom also grew up in the commercial real estate industry and has experienced multiple market cycles through his family’s involvement.
His previous involvement and experience in multiple investment real estate groups at Texas A&M and his array of human and technical resources at Hudson Peters allows him to see the non-advertised pros and cons to each deal. Tom’s greatest strength is his strategic outlook. He understands the details of the transaction, while keeping his client’s goal as the objective.
Cincha has spent over 25 years working as a trusted real estate advisor for her clients. She has extensive experience and expertise in building client relationships with attention to detail and follow-through. Working with clients to define their needs and focus on the final business objectives, Cincha seamlessly guides each client through the real estate process to assure the desired successful outcome. She developed her strong negotiating skills representing not only tenants and buyers but also owners in the leasing, acquisition or disposition of properties, primarily with office and industrial product types.
With her extensive experience, Cincha successfully represents clients and properties throughout the DFW metroplex while cultivating her special focus on the Dallas urban communities. With a particular interest in the revitalization efforts of the downtown Dallas districts, she has worked on numerous efforts with clients to acquire historic and depressed CBD properties for re-purposing or site redevelopment.
Elizabeth’s experience includes multi-tenant office leasing, retail project leasing, and representing the interests of local and national clients, including disposition of REO assets. Her strategic marketing and leasing initiatives allow her to determine the local demographic and target operators for a specific site. Her attention to detail during lease negotiations ensures a smooth execution for both the tenant and landlord. She takes special care in listening to her client’s needs and assures the desired outcome. Elizabeth is fluent in English and Spanish.
Prior to joining Hudson Peters Commercial, Elizabeth was an Associate at Bright Realty where she was an essential part of the developer’s commercial sales and leasing team. She represented multiple assets including a multi-million dollar mixed-use development with 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office in North Dallas. Prior to Bright Realty, she was the Operations Manager and Executive Team Lead for Newmark Knight Frank, a global commercial real estate company.
As the Accounting Manager for HPC Property Services, Steve has a diversified experience and pays attention to detail. Serving his clients interest to achieve ultimate client satisfaction with accurate financial statements is his goal.
Steve has a diversified accounting and financial background. With experiences in both public and private sectors, Steve began his career in retail accounting and was responsible for maintaining the financial and accounting records for multiple entities with a variety of owners.
Steve volunteers as a leader in Boy Scouts of America.
