Before founding Hudson Peters Commercial, Michelle distinguished herself as a top performer at Burr & Temkin Commercial and Henry S. Miller Commercial for fifteen years. Recognized as a leading broker in the region, she has facilitated over $1.3 billion in leases, property, and investment sales throughout her career.

Janice Peters, CCIM

Janice has worked in the Dallas/Fort Worth market since 1983. She is well respected in the brokerage community and is a strong negotiator for her clients. Janice’s expertise is vast in office, flex and land. Her experience includes tenant representation, sales, and project leasing. Janice is a trusted advisor for her clients in handling their real estate holdings and facility requirements. Prior to forming Hudson Peters Commercial, Janice was a consistent top producer during her 23 years at Henry S. Miller Commercial and Burr & Temkin Commercial.

Tom Hudson, SIOR, CCIM

With a background education in bioengineering, immunohistochemistry, and cancer research from the University of California, San Diego, Tom brings a logical and methodical approach to Hudson Peters Commercial on deals in the investment, office, and industrial markets. Tom also grew up in the commercial real estate industry and has experienced multiple market cycles through his family’s involvement.

His previous involvement and experience in multiple investment real estate groups at Texas A&M and his array of human and technical resources at Hudson Peters allows him to see the non-advertised pros and cons to each deal. Tom’s greatest strength is his strategic outlook. He understands the details of the transaction, while keeping his client’s goal as the objective.

Cincha Kostman

Cincha has spent over 25 years working as a trusted real estate advisor for her clients. She has extensive experience and expertise in building client relationships with attention to detail and follow-through. Working with clients to define their needs and focus on the final business objectives, Cincha seamlessly guides each client through the real estate process to assure the desired successful outcome. She developed her strong negotiating skills representing not only tenants and buyers but also owners in the leasing, acquisition or disposition of properties, primarily with office and industrial product types.

With her extensive experience, Cincha successfully represents clients and properties throughout the DFW metroplex while cultivating her special focus on the Dallas urban communities. With a particular interest in the revitalization efforts of the downtown Dallas districts, she has worked on numerous efforts with clients to acquire historic and depressed CBD properties for re-purposing or site redevelopment.

Elizabeth Ocando, CCIM

Elizabeth’s experience includes multi-tenant office leasing, retail project leasing, and representing the interests of local and national clients, including disposition of REO assets. Her strategic marketing and leasing initiatives allow her to determine the local demographic and target operators for a specific site. Her attention to detail during lease negotiations ensures a smooth execution for both the tenant and landlord. She takes special care in listening to her client’s needs and assures the desired outcome. Elizabeth is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Hudson Peters Commercial, Elizabeth was an Associate at Bright Realty where she was an essential part of the developer’s commercial sales and leasing team. She represented multiple assets including a multi-million dollar mixed-use development with 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office in North Dallas. Prior to Bright Realty, she was the Operations Manager and Executive Team Lead for Newmark Knight Frank, a global commercial real estate company.

Karen Mitchell

Karen’s expertise covers a vast range of commercial real estate services including project leasing of shopping centers, tenant representation, big box disposition, investment sales, and asset management. Karen began her career in dispositions and asset management for Walmart Realty. While at DDR/Site Centers, she was responsible for a large retail portfolio encompassing 7 million square feet with a budget of $52 million, for assets located in 5 states.

Karen’s success stems from her diligent service, negotiations and troubleshooting skills. She is responsive and devoted to her clients. Her market knowledge extends past North Texas to the Southeastern and Southwestern states.

Stella Heidman, CPA

Stella began her career in public accounting as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  As a Senior Controller at Invesco, she oversaw a team of accountants to complete all monthly and quarterly reporting on office, retail, industrial and multi-family property types as well as coordinated various investors’ annual audits. Her commitment to accuracy, clear communication and positivity is the best way to show clients their business matters.
