She has deep experience in sale and acquisition of investment properties and has structured many successful sale/leasebacks across multiple property types. Her prior corporate background gives her insight and creativity in finding long-term solutions to meet company objectives.

Prior to forming Hudson Peters Commercial, Michelle was a consistent top producer during her fifteen years at Burr & Temkin Commercial and Henry S. Miller Commercial. She is regarded as one of the top brokers region wide and over her career has closed $1.3 billion in leases, property, and investment sales.
